1. How do I turn off end of round stats?
You can turn off FBG end of round stats by typing
!set endstat none into chat while playing on any FBG enabled server. More details on ingame commands can be found

2. How do I stay anonymous while playing?
You can can prevent people from seeing your FBG profile name ingame by typing
!set hidewhois into chat while playing on any FBG enabled server. More details on ingame commands can be found
here. This feature can also be controlled in the Options section of the Edit tab on your FBG profile page.

You can stop your profile tag line from showing when you join a server by typing

4. I just got banned from a server, how do I get unbanned?
FBG do not control or influence banning decisions carried out on individual game servers. If you have been banned from a particular game server and wish to get unbanned you should try to find out if there is a website associated with the server where you can appeal the ban.
5. A player is cheating, how do I get them banned?
FBG is not a global banning system and it is not the goal of the project to become one. If you wish to get a player banned we suggest finding out if there is a website associated with the server you observed the cheater on and post a demo there. You can also consider submitting the demo to
SteamBans.
6. Why didn’t I get my medal?
There can be a number of reasons for not getting a medal:
- FBG does not count the 3 'kills' awarded to the planter of a bomb when it detonated.
- The first round of a new map will generally also not have kills recorded as there are insufficient players on both teams when the round begins (as soon as the first player joins each team).
- Kills after round end event is triggered (bomb exploded, bomb defused, hostages rescued, etc) and the begining of the next round do not count as the round is technically over.
- Finally there are also occasions when communication between the FBG servers and the game server may be temporarily lost due to powers outside of our control and related to the Source engine. We are currently working on a new FBG plugin that will communicate directly with our servers and should resolve this issue.
7. Admins on a server were abusing their powers, what should I do?
FBG generally does not get involved in administrator actions on game servers enabled with FBG. If however you feel administrators on a particular server are consistently abusing their powers in a way that abuses FBG then you may open a support ticket including demos and any other evidence of abuse.
